1 GENERAL PURCHASE CONDITIONS
 The methods of purchasing the items displayed in our online shop are governed as follows:

1.4 Sales contracts between customers and leastedisoha.com are governed by Italian law in force as they are intended to be concluded in Italy.

2 GUARANTEES
 2.1 Any product on sale in our shop is guaranteed of 1st quality, and together with the home delivery service it allows the consumer to purchase with maximum safety and transparency.

3 TRANSPORT
 3.1 leastedisoha.com will deliver the goods to you via express and/or insured postal courier if in Italy to the address indicated on the order form.
3.2 To offer you a more efficient service, provide more information regarding the delivery times suitable for your needs via email, highlighting the order number.
3.3 Delivery will take place within seven working days of receiving payment. For islands or less accessible areas, it may take an additional 24 hours.
3.4 Any delays in the delivery of the goods are not attributable to leastedisoha.com as they are subject to services offered by third parties.

4 SHIPPING COSTS

5 DELIVERY - RISK AND TRANSFER OF RISK
 5.1 The goods travel at the buyer's risk. All complaints regarding the state of the goods upon receipt must be addressed to the seller no later than 24 hours following delivery of the goods.

After completing the order you will receive an e-mail, with an order number to which you will have to refer for any communication, where there will be a list of the products you requested with the related amounts and final total.

6.3 Cash on delivery
It is only possible for shipments made to Italy. Payment will take place upon receipt of the goods, it can be made in cash and foreseen a price increase of 5.90 euros to cover cash on delivery costs (which are borne by the buyer).
In this case it is mandatory , in order to process the order, a telephone number to be contacted by us before shipping the purchased goods. It is recommended to prepare the exact amount indicated in the shipping notification email, as the courier cannot give change.
In case of refusal to collect the goods on delivery without a valid reason, leastedisoha.com reserves the right to proceed legally in order to recover shipping costs, in addition to the related costs incurred for the resolution of the case.

NB from 6 December 2011, the new limit on the use of cash came into force. Payments exceeding €uro 999.99 by cash on delivery cannot be made in cash. The courier will request payment by non-transferable cheque.

7 RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
7.1 Our users have the right to withdraw from any purchase made through the web services available on leastedisoha.com no later than 14 (fourteen) days from the date of delivery of the goods by the courier appointed by us.
7.2 No right of withdrawal provided for in paragraphs 1 and 2 of Legislative Decree no. will be exercised. 185 (22 May 1999) for the purchase of tailor-made or clearly personalized goods.

7.4 The sum that will be refunded is equal to the value of the items only, therefore net of any additional services and shipping costs incurred by us.

7.6 Furthermore, the right of withdrawal is not applicable to all orders in which a discount has been applied to products or services. However, it is possible to replace one or more products relating to the order in question with others of the same amount.
The returns received without receipt they will be refunded net of VAT, i.e. 22% of the sum paid.
7.7 The maximum time within which leastedisoha.com will issue the refund within 60 working days starting from the day following receipt of the returned goods.
7.8 The refund can only be issued by bank transfer to the bank details indicated with the right of withdrawal request.
7.9 Returns are not permitted on the "SEXY&GLAM" section.
