On leastedisoha.com you can make a purchase as a GUEST or as a REGISTERED customer. You will always have the information relating to your order available by entering the your account section.
ORDER CHANGES
After completing your purchase, we will send you a confirmation email with the relevant details. We remind you that you will not be able to cancel or modify the order if it is already in an advanced state of preparation.
SHOPPING CART
From the cart you can view the contents of your purchases and change or delete the number of units in your order. Please note that we cannot guarantee stock of items that are in your cart.
WISHLIST
In your WISHLIST you can save and always have the articles you like most at hand. It works very simply: every time you click on the WISHLIST symbol, the item will be added to your list. You can delete items from the list whenever you want. To complete the purchase, you will have to click on the product and continue with the usual steps. Remember that you can only use the WISHLIST if you are a registered customer and that the WISHLIST does not guarantee the stock of the products.

• CREDIT CARD
  In this case payments will be made via the secure PayPal system. The service is offered by the PayPal group and does not involve any additional costs for the user.
• MARK ON DELIVERY
  It is only possible for shipments made to Italy. Payment will take place upon receipt of the goods, can be made in cash and includes a price increase of 5.90 euros to cover cash on delivery costs (which are borne by the buyer). In this case, in order to process the order, a telephone number is required to be contacted by us before shipping the purchased goods. It is recommended to prepare the exact amount indicated in the shipping notification email, as the courier cannot give change. In the event of refusal to collect the goods on delivery without a valid reason, leastedisoha.com reserves the right to proceed legally in order to recover the shipping costs, in addition to the related costs incurred for the resolution of the case.
  NB from 6 December 2011, the new limit on the use of cash came into force. Payments exceeding €999.99 by cash on delivery cannot be made in cash. The courier will request payment by non-transferable cheque.

Shipping options may vary depending on delivery address, time of purchase and item availability.
Standard delivery - 7,90 EUR / FREE (ORDERS OVER 99 EUR IN ITALY)
For AVAILABLE products the estimated delivery period will vary between 2-4 working days, depending on the delivery address. At checkout you can choose to integrate your shipping with the following additional services:
- SMS notification , with which, by providing a valid mobile number in the shipping data, you will receive a confirmation message when the courier has collected your package from our warehouses;
Delivery by appointment , to agree by telephone with the courier the day and time of delivery of your package;

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
- Our users have the right to withdraw from any purchase made through the web services available on leastedisoha.com within and no later than 14 (fourteen) days from the date of delivery of the goods by the courier appointed by us.
- No right of withdrawal provided for in paragraphs 1 and 2 of Legislative Decree no. will be exercised. 185 (22 May 1999) for the purchase of tailor-made or clearly personalized goods.
- The right of withdrawal is exercised by returning, within the established deadline, the items you intend to return via traceable shipping, to the address provided by us by telephone. The return of the goods takes place at the expense of the buyer, who is also responsible for any loss or damage to the shipment itself.
- The sum that will be refunded is equal to the value of the items only, therefore net of any additional services and shipping costs incurred by us.
- The right of withdrawal lapses not only in the case of use of the product or its damage, but also in the case of the lack of the original packaging or the absence of integral elements such as labels and tags.
- Furthermore, the right of withdrawal is not applicable to all those orders in which a discount has been applied to products or services. However, it is possible to replace one or more products relating to the order in question with others of the same amount. Returns received without a receipt will be refunded net of VAT, i.e. 22% of the sum paid.
- The maximum time within which leastedisoha.com will issue the refund is within 60 working days starting from the day following receipt of the returned goods.
- The refund can only be issued by bank transfer to the bank details indicated with the right of withdrawal request.
- Returns are not permitted on the "SEXY&GLAM" section.
RETURN AND REPLACEMENT OF GOODS
- To replace an item, download the appropriate return form in TERMS AND CONDITIONS , print it and send it together with the items to be replaced.
